GP 15% Cash Dividend

(Continuation news of GP): respective cash dividend will be subject to deduction of AIT @ 15% instead of 10% as per regulation. The shareholders are requested to submit to the Company's Share office on or before August 16, 2022, their written option to receive dividend. In case of non-submission of such option within the stipulated time, the dividend will be paid off as deemed appropriate by the Company. (cont. 2)

(GP এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): সংশ্লিষ্ট নগদ লভ্যাংশ প্রবিধান অনুযায়ী 10% এর পরিবর্তে AIT @ 15% কাটতে হবে। শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের লভ্যাংশ পাওয়ার জন্য তাদের লিখিত বিকল্প 16 আগস্ট, 2022 তারিখে বা তার আগে কোম্পানির শেয়ার অফিসে জমা দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে এই ধরনের বিকল্প জমা না দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, কোম্পানির দ্বারা উপযুক্ত বলে বিবেচিত লভ্যাংশ প্রদান করা হবে। (চলমান 2)
