GP Corporate Disclosure — 2 August 2022

(Continuation news of GP): disclosures made in the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021. Based on the information system audit on Grameenphone since inception, i.e., 1997 to 2014, BTRC issued a demand notice dated 02 April 2019 for payment of BDT 125.80 billion. As stated in the same note, Grameenphone filed a Title Suit against the Audit Demand in the District Court. Thereafter, pursuant to an appeal filed by Grameenphone the Hon'ble High Court (cont. 2)
