GP Corporate Disclosure — 3 February 2026

The company has informed that it has received the demand note from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) confirming the allocation of 10 MHz spectrum in 700 MHz band to Grameenphone Ltd. This spectrum shall be effective from 01 June 2026 and shall be valid till 10 March 2039. The total amount to be paid for the assigned spectrum is BDT 21,701,533,602 (including VAT). (cont.1)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে তারা বাংলাদেশ টেলিযোগাযোগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ কমিশন (বিটিআরসি) থেকে গ্রামীণফোন লিমিটেডকে ৭০০ মেগাহার্টজ ব্যান্ডে ১০ মেগাহার্টজ স্পেকট্রাম বরাদ্দ নিশ্চিত করে একটি ডিমান্ড নোট পেয়েছে। এই স্পেকট্রামটি ১ জুন ২০২৬ থেকে কার্যকর হবে এবং ১০ মার্চ ২০৩৯ পর্যন্ত বৈধ থাকবে। নির্ধারিত স্পেকট্রামের জন্য মোট ২১,৭০১,৫৩৩,৬০২ টাকা (ভ্যাট সহ) প্রদান করতে হবে। (চলমান ১)
