GP 105% Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of the company has declared Interim Cash Dividend for the year 2026 at the rate of 105% of the paid-up capital of the Company which represents 100% of the Profit after Tax for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026 (BDT 10.50 per share of BDT 10 each), out of the audited net profits of the Company for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২০২৬ সালের জন্য অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন নগদ লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করেছে, যা কোম্পানির পরিশোধিত মূলধনের ১০৫% হারে প্রদান করা হবে। এই হারটি ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত ছয় মাসের কর-পরবর্তী মুনাফার ১০০% (প্রতিটি ১০ টাকা মূল্যের শেয়ার প্রতি ১০.৫০ টাকা) প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে এবং এটি ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত ছয় মাসের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত নিট মুনাফা থেকে প্রদান করা হবে। অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন নগদ লভ্যাংশ পাওয়ার জন্য রেকর্ড তারিখ হলো ১২ আগস্ট, ২০২৬। (চলবে.১)
