Jahangir Alam, one of the Sponsors Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer of total 2,10,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 9,82,01,250 shares of the Company in the following manner: 70,00,000 shares each to his spouse Mrs. Masuma Begum, daughter Ms. Sadman Syka Sefa and son Mr. Salehin Musfique Sadaf, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
