The Company has informed that BSEC has approved Rights offer of the Company for raising paid up capital through issuance of 18,71,10,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 each at an issue price of Tk. 14.00 per share (with a premium of Tk. 4.00 each) totaling Tk. 2,61,95,40,000.00 only at a ratio of 3R:2, i.e. three Rights share for two existing shares.
