The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to revise proposed Rights share offer from previous 1R:1 at an issue price of Tk. 20.00 per share to 3R:2 (i.e. 3 Rights share for every 2 existing share) at an issue price of Tk. 14.00 (including premium of Tk. 4.00 each) on paid up capital subject to approval by shareholders in EGM and the Regulatory Authorities.
