GPHISPAT Corporate Disclosure — 10 November 2013

With reference to the Company's letter dated August 17, 2013 (news disseminated by DSE on August 18, 2013), the Company has further informed that the modernization of some equipments of their billet plant is under process & machineries for modernization of Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) will be imported from 'Concast India Pvt. Ltd.' (a USA based joint venture machinery supplier). The modernization and fine tuning of the machineries will be done by the said supplier & it is expected that the said modernization process will be completed within a couple of month. The cost of the said modernization has been estimated to Tk. 5.10 crore which will be arranged from Company's own source.
