The company has informed the Board of Directors has approved the Valuation of Fixed Assets as on 31 May 2023. The valuation of fixed assets was performed using the estimated net realizable value method (market approach) and the depreciated replacement cost method (cost approach), adhering to International Valuation Standards (IVS) and BSEC Notification No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/150/Admin dated August 18, 2013.
