GPHISPAT Corporate Disclosure — 2 July 2023

(Continuation news of GPHISPAT): Total Valuation Amount of Land and Land Development, Plant and Machinery and Electric and Gas Line Installation was BDT 32,200,412,137. NAV per share based on Written Down Value as on 31 May 2023 was BDT 26.77 and of NAV per share based on Valuation Amount was BDT 52.36. It is mentioned that Tk. 3,042,921,409 is estimated as deferred tax which is deducted from the valuation surplus. (end)
