GPHISPAT Approves Factory BMRE Investment

(Continuation news of GPHISPAT): NOCFPS has been increased due to an increase in payment receipt from customer, foreign currency loss and increase in advance income tax payment. Disclosures in regard to recommendation of Stock Dividend or Bonus Shares: a) Bonus Shares have been recommended with a view to utilizing the retained amount as Capital for the installation of Reheating Furnace under the company's BMRE project. b) Bonus shares have been declared out of accumulated profit.
