Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.10.2023 regarding dividend declaration for the year ended June 30, 2023, the Company has further informed that they have not yet received consent from the Commission till date regarding their declaration of Stock Dividend. So, the Record Date i.e., 23.11.2023 will be applicable only for Cash dividend only. Another Record Date will be declared for entitlement of 5% Stock Dividend if consent is received from the Commission.
