The Board of Directors of the company has also decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the company from Tk. 10,000,000,000 (one thousand core) to Tk. 15,000,000,000 (one thousand five hundred core) divided into 1,500,000,000 (one hundred fifty core) Ordinary Shares of Tk. 10.00 each and to amend the relevant clauses of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company subject to approval by the shareholders in the AGM and the regulatory authorities.
