The auditor of the GQ Ball Pen Industries Ltd has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: a) We draw attention to note 24.02. Dividend amounting to Tk. 3,716,118 was payable for the year 2009-2010 was eventually paid in 2011.
