GQBALLPEN Corporate Disclosure — 15 November 2022

The auditor of the GQ Ball Pen Industries Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" & "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June, 2022. Qualified Opinion: 1. The Company has gratuity fund approved by the NBR on 22.12.1999. As per the clause -03 of the condition of the approval, the gratuity fund should have been audited for every financial year. GQ বল পেন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেডের নিরীক্ষক 30 জুন, 2022 তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের নিরীক্ষকের প্রতিবেদনে "যোগ্য মতামত" এবং "ম্যাটারের জোর" অনুচ্ছেদ দিয়েছেন। যোগ্য মতামত: 1. কোম্পানির দ্বারা অনুমোদিত গ্র্যাচুইটি তহবিল রয়েছে 22.12.1999 তারিখে NBR. অনুমোদনের শর্তের ধারা -03 অনুসারে, প্রতি আর্থিক বছরের জন্য গ্র্যাচুইটি তহবিল নিরীক্ষিত হওয়া উচিত ছিল। কোম্পানি এই ধারা মেনে চলে না। (চলবে 1)
