(Continuation news of GQBALLPEN): 2. The company did not comply with line requirement of the section 108 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984. 3. In Bangladesh, the provident fund laws in Bangladesh and its guidelines of setting is governed by the Labour Act 2006. Section 264 of the Labour Act 2006 states about the establishment of provident fund in private sector. The Company had provident fund and discontinued the same in 2010. (cont.2)

(GQBALLPEN-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): 2. কোম্পানিটি আয়কর অধ্যাদেশ, 1984-এর ধারা 108-এর লাইনের প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেনে চলেনি। 3. বাংলাদেশে, বাংলাদেশে ভবিষ্য তহবিল আইন এবং এর সেটিংয়ের নির্দেশিকা শ্রম দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হয় আইন 2006। শ্রম আইন 2006 এর ধারা 264 বেসরকারী খাতে ভবিষ্য তহবিল প্রতিষ্ঠার বিষয়ে বলে। কোম্পানির ভবিষ্য তহবিল ছিল এবং 2010 সালে এটি বন্ধ করে দেয়। (চলবে 2)
