GQBALLPEN Corporate Disclosure — 29 January 2023

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the revaluation of the fair value of fixed assets (land and land development, building and machinery) of the company conducted by M/S. Muhammad Shaheedullah & Co., Chartered Accountants. The fair value of the fixed assets is now BDT 852,762,686.00 whereas the written down/Revalued amount was BDT 962,535,741.00 resulting the decreased value of BDT 109,773,055.00 which will be adjusted with the revaluation surplus of 1st Quarter accounts 2022.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ M/S দ্বারা পরিচালিত কোম্পানির স্থায়ী সম্পদের (ভূমি ও ভূমি উন্নয়ন, ভবন ও যন্ত্রপাতি) ন্যায্য মূল্যের পুনর্মূল্যায়নের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। মুহাম্মদ শহীদুল্লাহ অ্যান্ড কোং, চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্টস। স্থির সম্পদের ন্যায্য মূল্য এখন 852,762,686.00 টাকা যেখানে লিখিত/পুনর্মূল্যায়িত পরিমাণ ছিল 962,535,741.00 টাকা যার ফলে মূল্য কমেছে 109,773,055.00 টাকা যা পুনঃমূল্যায়নের হিসাব 201 এর Quarplus201 এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
