Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 05.03.2023 regarding Board Decision to sell of Land for adjusting bank liability, the company has further informed that it has duly transferred the vacant land to the buyers after receiving negotiated entire selling amount of Tk. 3,45,15,000.00 from the buyers. The company has further informed that it has partially adjusted the Southeast bank liability of Tk. 1.15 Crore and the rest amount will be utilized on a priority basis. (cont.)
