The company has informed that the fair value of the fixed assets is now Tk. 1,058,623,872.00 whereas the written down/revalued amount was Tk. 794,868,490.00, resulting in value of Tk. 263,755,382.00 increase; which will be reflected in the 3rd quarter accounts 2025. The fair value has been conducted by M/s. Muhammad Shaheedullah & Co. Chartered Accountants.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে স্থায়ী সম্পদের ন্যায্য মূল্য এখন ১,০৫৮,৬২৩,৮৭২.০০ টাকা যেখানে লিখিত/পুনর্মূল্যায়িত পরিমাণ ছিল ৭৯৪,৮৬৮,৪৯০.০০ টাকা, যার ফলে মূল্য বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে ২৬৩,৭৫৫,৩৮২.০০ টাকা; যা ২০২৫ সালের তৃতীয় প্রান্তিকের হিসাবগুলিতে প্রতিফলিত হবে। ন্যায্য মূল্য পরিচালনা করেছেন মেসার্স মুহাম্মদ শহীদুল্লাহ অ্যান্ড কোং চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্টস।
