(Continuation news of GREENDELMF): shares of Taka 100 each of Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. at a price of Taka 12,500 each. Out of the said 6,414 ordinary shares 3,207 shares were directly purchased from the company and the remaining 3,207 shares were purchased from Mr. Toufique lmrose Khalidi, Managing Director of the company. We have not been provided any valuation report of the said investment. However, as per audited financial statements, the net asset value as at 30 June (cont.4)
