Dividend Declaration (Additional Information): The Company has informed that they recommended 5% stock dividend this year due to following reasons: i) Increasing share capital. ii) Utilization of the share premium fund which remains static unless being used as bonus share issue. iii) To reduce the amount of cash dividend in order to set aside some cash for the near future investments.
