The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to raise fund by issuing Commercial Papers (CP) for a total value of Tk. 50.00 crore for a period of 180 days at the interest rate of 8.00% per annum. It is being subscribed by the BRAC Bank Limited, which will be utilized for investment purpose. This decision will be implemented within short span of time.
