(apprx.) at MANs Trade Center (4th floor), Ramjoy Mohajan Lane, Khatungonj, Chittagong at the price of Tk. 7,700.00 per sft. totaling to Tk. 6,26,92,322.00 and 3 parking spaces at a total cost of Tk. 8,25,000.00.
