The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved the following decision subject to approval from the Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority and legal opinion from the panel lawyer of the Company: To purchase commercial floor space measuring 8,000 sft. at MANS Trade Center (4th floor), Ram Joy Mohjan Lane, Khatungonj, Chittagong at the price of Tk. 7,700.00 per sft. totaling to Tk. 6.16 crore and 3 parking space at a total cost of Tk. 8.25 lac.
