The auditor of the Green Delta Insurance Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report on the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December, 2021. Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to note 2.16 (v) of the financial statements, which describes the reason for not establishing Workers Profit Participation Fund by the Company according to Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (as Amended in 2013).
