The Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has taken the following decisions: 1) The Company will sponsor an Open-End Mutual Fund in the name of 'Green Delta Dragon Enhanced Blue Chip Growth Fund' to the tune of BDT 50.00 Crore and the company will subscribe BDT 2.50 crore of the fund.
