GREENDELT Corporate Disclosure — 5 April 2023

The auditor of the Green Delta Insurance Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraph in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 31 December 2022. "Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to Note 2.16 (v) of the Financial Statements, which describes the reason for not establishing Workers' Profit Participation Fund by the Company according to Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (as amended in 2013). Our opinion is not modified in respect of these matter."

গ্রীন ডেল্টা ইন্স্যুরেন্স লিমিটেডের অডিটর 31 ডিসেম্বর 2022 সমাপ্ত বছরের অডিটর রিপোর্টে "ব্যাপারের জোর" অনুচ্ছেদ দিয়েছেন। "বস্তুর উপর জোর: আমরা আর্থিক বিবৃতিগুলির নোট 2.16 (v) এর প্রতি দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করি, যা বাংলাদেশ শ্রম আইন 2006 (যেমন 2013 সালে সংশোধিত) অনুযায়ী কোম্পানি কর্তৃক শ্রমিকদের লাভের অংশগ্রহণ তহবিল প্রতিষ্ঠা না করার কারণ বর্ণনা করে। এই বিষয়ে আমাদের মতামত পরিবর্তন করা হয়নি।"
