GREENDELT Corporate Disclosure — 30 October 2023

The company has informed that Green Delta Insurance Company Limited and its subsidiaries have decided to enter into an agreement to acquire substantial number of shares of Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd. from the directors and the shareholders of the said company in the block market through stock exchanges, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
