Mr. M Muhibur Rahman, a Sponsor of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell his entire holding of 5,93,675 shares (in the Block Market) whereas Mr. Ajam J Chowdhury, another Sponsor of the company, has expressed his intention to buy 5,93,675 shares at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. within next 30 working days.
