GREENDELT Corporate Disclosure — 18 December 2025

On the close of operation on December 17, 2025, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 8.59 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 11.11 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 1,288,148,231.00 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 1,666,443,663.00 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.

১৭ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে কার্যক্রম শেষ হওয়ার পর, তহবিল বর্তমান বাজার মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে প্রতি ইউনিটের নিট সম্পদ মূল্য (এনএভি) ৮.৫৯ টাকা এবং ১০.০০ টাকার অভিহিত মূল্যের বিপরীতে ব্যয় মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে প্রতি ইউনিটের নিট সম্পদ মূল্য ১১.১১ টাকা রিপোর্ট করেছে, যেখানে তহবিলের সমস্ত সম্পদ এবং দায় বিবেচনা করে তহবিলের মোট নিট সম্পদ বর্তমান বাজার মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে ১,২৮৮,১৪৮,২৩১.০০ টাকা এবং ব্যয় মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে ১,৬৬৬,৪৪৩,৬৬৩.০০ টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে।
