Mr. Shamsuddoha Chowdhury, a Sponsor of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell his entire holding of 768,106 shares of the Company at the prevailing market price in the Block Market, whereas Mr. Azam J Chowdhury, another Sponsor of the company, has expressed his intention to buy the said 768,106 shares of the company at the prevailing market price in the Block Market through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. within October 29, 2026.
