The Board of Directors has recommended No dividend for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Board of Directors of the company also decided to amend the name clause (clause no: 01) of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the company subject to approval of the regulatory authorities and the shareholders in the 10th Extra ordinary General Meeting (EGM).
