Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 10.08.2023 regarding dividend declaration for the year ended December 31, 2021. In this connection, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company had recommended dividend @10% of which 2.5% cash dividend and 7.5% stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank and subsequently applied to Bangladesh Bank on September 04, 2022 for their approval.
