GSPFINANCE Corporate Disclosure — 13 July 2026

In response to a DSE query dated July 08, 2026 regarding news published in the online newspaper titled "Bangladesh Bank sets three-month deadline for four distressed financial institutions" (translated from Bengali to English), the company vide its letter dated July 12, 2026 has informed DSE, among others, the following: "...We would like to clarify that the referenced news article is merely a media report. অনলাইন সংবাদপত্রে প্রকাশিত 'বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক চারটি সংকটাপন্ন আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য তিন মাসের সময়সীমা নির্ধারণ করেছে' (বাংলা থেকে ইংরেজিতে অনূদিত) শিরোনামের সংবাদ প্রসঙ্গে ডিএসই-কে ০৮ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখে করা এক জিজ্ঞাসার জবাবে, কোম্পানিটি তার ১২ জুলাই, ২০২৬ তারিখের চিঠিতে ডিএসই-কে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলো জানিয়েছে: "...আমরা স্পষ্ট করতে চাই যে উল্লিখিত সংবাদটি শুধুমাত্র একটি গণমাধ্যম প্রতিবেদন। (চলবে)"
