The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 18, 2023 has decided to raise paid up capital through issuance of 70,00,000 and 90,00,000 ordinary shares of Tk. 10.00 each at par to the existing Sponsors and Directors and other than existing shareholders respectively totaling Tk. 16,00,00,000 (Sixteen Crore) against cash consideration subject to the approval (cont.1)
