Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 15.01.2024 regarding holding of EGM through hybrid system, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the venue for physical presence in the 2nd EGM of the company has been changed to Factory Premises of Hakkani Pulp and Paper Mills Limited, Military Pool, Halim Khar Charm, Patiya, Chattogram instead of Registerd Office, 2/10, D.T. Road, North Pahartali, Chattogram. Other information regarding the EGM will remain unchanged.

15.01.2024 তারিখে হাইব্রিড সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে ইজিএম অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, কোম্পানির 2য় ইজিএমে উপস্থিতির স্থানটিকে ফ্যাক্টরি প্রাঙ্গনে পরিবর্তন করা হয়েছে। হাক্কানি পাল্প অ্যান্ড পেপার মিলস লিমিটেড, মিলিটারি পুল, হালিম খার চার্ম, পটিয়া, চট্টগ্রাম রেজিস্টার্ড অফিসের পরিবর্তে, 2/10, ডিটি রোড, উত্তর পাহাড়তলী, চট্টগ্রাম। ইজিএম সংক্রান্ত অন্যান্য তথ্য অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।
