Refer to the earlier news of the company disseminated by DSE on 19.12.2023 and 28.01.2024, the company has further informed that, the 2nd EGM of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 17 February 2024 now stands cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances as per decision of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 14 February 2024.
