The company has informed that the Board of Directors of in its meeting held on 01 August 2026, has accorded approval, in principle, for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of a 615 KWP DC (500 KW AC) Rooftop Solar Power System at the Company's factory premises. The estimated total project cost of Tk. 2.60 Crore (Taka Two Crore Sixty Lakh only) including installation costs will be financed entirely from the Company's internal resources. (cont.)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ০১ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত সভায় কোম্পানির কারখানা প্রাঙ্গণে একটি ৬১৫ কিলোওয়াট ডিসি (৫০০ কিলোওয়াট এসি) রুফটপ সোলার পাওয়ার সিস্টেম ক্রয়, স্থাপন এবং চালু করার জন্য নীতিগতভাবে অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। স্থাপন খরচসহ এই প্রকল্পের আনুমানিক মোট ব্যয় ২.৬০ কোটি টাকা (দুই কোটি ষাট লক্ষ টাকা মাত্র), যা সম্পূর্ণরূপে কোম্পানির অভ্যন্তরীণ তহবিল থেকে অর্থায়ন করা হবে। (চলবে)
