(2) Emirates Power Company Ltd., both having registered address at East Mukterpur, Munshiganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh and (3) HeidelbergCement Bangladesh Ltd., have jointly presented an application under Sections 228 and 229 of the Companies Act, 1994, being Company Matter No. 31 of 2021 seeking sanction of the Honorable High Court Division regarding merger of Emirates Cement Bangladesh Ltd.(cont.)
