(Continuation news of HEIDELBCEM): of 40,56,457 (99.99%) shares of MEL to the Company. Bangladesh Bank approved remittance of Tk. 860,739,610.83 against the said share transfer and directed the Company to transfer an amount of Tk. 50,010,589.17 only in favor of the HeidelbergCement Central Europe East Holdings B V., The Netherlands in Non-resident Blocked Taka Account to complete the whole transactions.
