HEIDELBCEM Completes 15% Cash Dividend Disbursement

The company has requested the members of the company to update their bank account number, mailing address, mobile number, especially 12-digit E-TIN etc. through their respective DPs and BO accounts before the Record Date i.e. 20 May 2026. If anyone fails to update their E-TIN in BO account before the Record date, disbursement of respective cash dividend will be subject to deduction of AIT @15% instead of 10% as per regulation. কোম্পানি তার সদস্যদেরকে রেকর্ড ডেট অর্থাৎ ২০ মে ২০২৬-এর আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ ডিপি এবং বিও অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর, ডাক ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর, বিশেষ করে ১২-সংখ্যার ই-টিআইএন ইত্যাদি হালনাগাদ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছে। যদি কেউ রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে বিও অ্যাকাউন্টে তাদের ই-টিআইএন হালনাগাদ করতে ব্যর্থ হন, তবে নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ১০%-এর পরিবর্তে ১৫% হারে এআইটি কর্তন সাপেক্ষে সংশ্লিষ্ট নগদ লভ্যাংশ বিতরণ করা হবে। (চলবে)
