(cont. HRTEX): The consent has been accorded subject to compliance of relevant laws and regulatory requirements and also adherence to the conditions imposed by BSEC under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. The yield of issue will range from 9.00% to 9.60% per annum with 3 to 7-year maturity. The proceeds from bond issuance will be used for purchase of capital machinery, loan repayment, factory expansion and retrofitting. (end)
