Reasons for declaration of stock dividend: The company informed that the Stock dividend will be used for various purposes of the company which are proposed to be issued out of accumulated profit and the bonus shares are not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of the Company or through reducing paid up capital or through doing anything so that the post-dividend retained earnings become negative or a debit balance.

স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণার কারণ: কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড কোম্পানির বিভিন্ন উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হবে যেগুলি সঞ্চিত মুনাফা থেকে জারি করার প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে এবং বোনাস শেয়ারগুলি মূলধন রিজার্ভ বা পুনর্মূল্যায়ন রিজার্ভ বা কোনো অবাস্তব লাভ থেকে ঘোষণা করা হয়নি। বা কোম্পানীর অন্তর্ভুক্তির পূর্বে অর্জিত মুনাফা বা পরিশোধিত মূলধন হ্রাস করার মাধ্যমে বা এমন কিছু করার মাধ্যমে যাতে লভ্যাংশ-পরবর্তী আয় ঋণাত্মক বা ডেবিট ব্যালেন্স হয়ে যায়।
