IBBLPBOND Corporate Disclosure — 28 April 2025

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, the Issuer of IBBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will now be held on April 30, 2025 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared April 28, 2025 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Bond for the year ended December 31, 2024.

আইবিবিএল মুদারাবা পারপেচুয়াল বন্ডের ইস্যুকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান ইসলামী ব্যাংক বাংলাদেশ পিএলসি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৯(১) অনুসারে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সভা এখন ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে বন্ডের নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করার জন্য ২৮ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখের পরিবর্তে ৩০ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৪:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
