The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to establish a subsidiary company in the name of IBN Sina Polymar Industry Limited. The proposed company will manufacture and distribute plastic and polymer products and pet bottle. IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry Ltd. and IBN Sina Trust will invest the company jointly, which will be located at Chak Para, Mawna, Sreepur, Gajipur after approval of proper authorities.
