The Company has informed that as per approval of Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) authority, Government of Bangladesh, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to purchase a land measuring area of 1.52 acres at BSCIC API Industrial Park, Gozaria, Munshi Gonj, Bangladesh at a cost of Tk. 7,16,78,801.00 to be paid within 10 years in 10 equal instalments at the rate of Tk. 71,67,881.00 for establishment of a plant of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
