The Company has informed that it has credited 10% bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2015 and 5% bonus shares for the year ended on June 30, 2016 to the respective shareholders' BO Account on December 14 and 15, 2016 respectively. 25% cash dividend for year ended on December 31, 2015 has already been disbursed. Cash dividend of 12.50% for the year ended on June 30, 2016 will be distributed to the respective shareholders through EFT, Banking Channel and Registered courier as per rule.
