IBP Corporate Disclosure — 5 June 2022

The Company has informed that they have purchased and executed a register deed for the purchase of land measuring 2.01 Acres (200.50 Decimal) at the cost of Tk. 26,540,000.00 (including of registration fee, Local Govt. Fee and other relevant cost) situated at Fulbaria, Kaliakoir, Gazipur. The purpose of the land is for future expansion of the business.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে তারা 2.01 একর (200.50 দশমিক) পরিমাপের জমি কেনার জন্য একটি রেজিস্টার দলিল ক্রয় করেছে এবং তা সম্পাদন করেছে। 26,540,000.00 (রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি, স্থানীয় সরকার ফি এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক খরচ সহ) ফুলবাড়িয়া, কালিয়াকৈর, গাজীপুরে অবস্থিত। জমির উদ্দেশ্য ভবিষ্যতে ব্যবসা সম্প্রসারণের জন্য।
