IBP Corporate Disclosure — 27 October 2024

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 28, 2024 at 4:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2024, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর এলআর 19(1) অনুসারে 28 অক্টোবর, 2024 বিকাল 4:00 টায় বৈঠকটি অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে, যার মধ্যে বিবেচনা করার জন্য অন্যান্য, 30 জুন, 2024-এ শেষ হওয়া বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
