IBP Corporate Disclosure — 1 January 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, unaudited financial statements of 1st quarter of FY2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "BBB" এবং স্বল্প মেয়াদে "ST-3" হিসাবে কোম্পানির নজরদারি রেটিং নিশ্চিত করেছে এবং 30 জুন, 2024 পর্যন্ত অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির ভিত্তিতে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি নিশ্চিত করেছে FY2025 এর প্রথম প্রান্তিকের আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত তথ্য।
